I don't know how to return this product! I have sent several e-mails. the color received was white and I need it black.

The color in Amazon was black, no choice of color available. And I have received one in white. I want return the product. I have sent several e-mails and no one reply or contact me!

Perfect fit for Space Maker series

It actually looks better than the original - plastic and glass seem sturdier. May be my eyes. I thought about getting a cheaper one, but the way the coffee pot is designed seems to make it difficult to know for sure. Many people have had to ship generic brand pot back. Very glad I spent more, though less than it and shipping would have cost getting it directly from the manufacturer.
